She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Adkisson and Ora Frances Caraway Adkisson; her husband Billy Lee Engles; and her siblings, Armilda Heathington and Jackie Adkisson.

She is survived by: her sons, Don Engles of Guion and Randy Engles (Stacie) of Guion; and her granddaughter Brandie Magness (Justin). She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
