We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Alta Jean Dempsey of Gurdon, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jessie Stauffer and Anna Dodgen Stauffer; her husband Mickey Dempsey; and her son Michael E. Dempsey. She is survived by : her children, David Dempsey (Tamara) of Gurdon, Rhonda Shepherd (Gary) of Arkadelphia and Denise Freeman of Arkadelphia. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Decipher Cemetery Fund c/o Bob Cowling 163 Two Bobs Road Arkadelphia Arkansas 71923.
