With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Newton Bullard of Gurdon, Arkansas, who passed away on November 8, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John William (Tobe) and Delma Faye Wood Bullard; his wife Eva Robbs Bullard; his granddaughter Cassie Carter; and his siblings, Billie Faye Bullard, Anna Lou Bloomfield, Adajean West, John William Bullard, Jr. and Bobby Joe Bullard.

He is survived by : his daughters, Kim King (Mark) of Gurdon and Stacey Bullard of Arkadelphia; his siblings, Henry David Bullard (Linda) of Gurdon, Marian Claire McCants (Charles) of Gurdon and Barbara Sue Mathis (Jack) of Hot Springs; and his grandchildren, Charles Carter of Little Rock and Callie Clark of Gurdon. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
