He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Leon Sr. and Elma Doris Vance; and his sister-in-law Debra Vance. He is survived by: his sons, Ben Vance (Neeley) and Brandon Vance; his grandchildren, Alley Vance, Cale Vance and Parker Rogers; and his siblings, Shirley White, Louise Nalls, Jim Vance and Leroy Vance (Deana).
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Church (7190 US-67, Gurdon, AR 71743).
