He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Currey and Maggie Smith Currey; his wife Glenda Fay Sparks Currey; and his siblings, William Currey, Glen Currey, Peggy Hathcoat and Barbara Dickerson.
He is survived by : his son Jimmy Don Currey (Amanda) of Arkadelphia; his stepson Brandon Malcom (Becky) of Whelen Springs; his daughter Kim Conant (Greg) of Okolona; his stepdaughters, Tammy Meyers (Jaime) of Whelen Springs and Tracey Malcom of Whelen Springs; his brother Everett Currey (Patsy) of Gurdon; his grandchildren, Adalynn Brady, Max Currey, Michael Benson Jr., Brandy Caldwell, Isaac Conant, Savanah Currey, Lexi Currey and Summer Conant; and his stepgrandchildren, Justin Meyers, Derick Prince, Autumn Markham, Jessie Prince, Chelsea Prince, Trevor Prince and Burgandy Malcom. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
