She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Richard, Nancy Jester, Truman and Muriel Collins; her mother-in-law Ruby Melugin; and her aunt Phyllis Morton.
She is survived by: her parents, Jeffery David and Debbie Renee Jester Milner of Arkadelphia; her husband Roger Melugin of Gurdon; her sons, River Melugin (Hannah) of Arkadelphia and Easton Blue Melugin of Arkadelphia; her sister Misty Ann Milner (Jerry) of Bismarck; her father-in-law Earl Melugin, Sr.; her siblings-in-law, Earl Melugin, Jr. (Crystal), Elaine Westmoreland (Sam) and Amy Moore (Tracy); and her precious, Pomeranian and Rusty. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
