He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Webb and Marie Webb (Claphan); his wife Martha L. Webb; his daughter Marilyn Parmenter; his siblings, Carl Webb, Charles Webb, Laura Hodges and Shirley Turner; and his grandchildren, Aaron Godwin and Kalee Parmenter.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Webb, Shannon Ruth, Jerri Kay Prasayasith, Kim Shibley, Tracy Hampton and Terry Godwin; and his siblings, James Webb and Sara Parks. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, forty-six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McConnell Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
