She is survived by: her mother Mary Turner; her daughter Amee Davis of Muldrow, Oklahoma; her sister Linda Whited; her close friend Donnie Swindle of Fort Smith, Arkansas; her brother Roger Boone (Joseph Chasteen) of Fort Smith, Arkansas; her stepsons, Michael Dewayne Dobbs (Ladonna) of Springdale, Arkansas. and Larry Paul Dobbs (Kellie) of Springdale, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Zachary Bridges (Lachan) of Springdale, Arkansas, Wesley Dobbs of Springdale, Arkansas, Andrea Dobbs of New Hampshire, Calvin Dobbs of Conway, Arkansas and Hannah Grace Dobbs of Springdale, Arkansas.; and her great grandchildren, Nicoli, Lorelai and Rosalind.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to The Artemis Project in Joyce's memory, honoring her lifelong love of German Shepherds and her faithful companion, Sassy.
