He is survived by: his mother Alice Perez; his wife Kennie Smith (Raby); his father Orie Smith Sr.; his siblings, Jameka Smith, Tootie Smith and Cameron Smith (Shynequea White); and his children, Kihyri Smith, Chrisitan Smith, Caden Smith, Orie Smith III, Andrew Chiarelli, Shaelie Raby and Alyssa Jones. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McCarn Funeral Service (500 Dallas St, Talihina, OK 74571). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the New City Cemetery (317 Cemetary Rd, Talihina, OK 74571).
