He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie Lee Neal and Anita Lucille Neal (Harris); and his brother Michael Neal. He is survived by: his children, Carrie Duboise (Chris) of Hackett, Melinda Riel (Alexander) of Heavener, Anne Neal of Ola, Amy Neal of Greenwood, Chris Neal (Paige) of Greenwood and Kelly Neal (Keturah) of Huntington; and his siblings, Judith McBride of Hackett, Barbara Bates of Fort Smith and Roger Neal of Fort Smith. He is also survived by grandchildren.
