He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Adams Kelley of Hamburg; his nephews, Timothy Sivils of Hamburg and Shane Sivils of Crossett; his brothers-in-law, Tommy Sivils and Bobby Sivils; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Kelley, Chuck White, Robbie Sivils, Karla Maxwell, Teresa Maxwell, Tambra Dickey, Jana Evans and Melinda Long.
