She is survived by: her husband Billy Spurlock; her children, Darrell Spurlock (Katy Griffin), Karla Jeffers (Michael) of Hamburg and Lena Spurlock (Jimmy McDonald); her siblings, Lewis Elton (Dianne), Ray Elton (Cheryl), Arline White (Don) of Hamburg and Janice Jordan of Hamburg; her sisters-in-law, Betty Horn, Martha McLeod (John) and Margaret Stinson (Waylon); her grandchildren, Tyler Stafford, Hayden Stafford, Josh Sivils, Emmitt Jeffers (Harlie), Sam Spurlock, Toby Spurlock and Beaux Johnston; and her great grandchild Dallas Spurlock.
