She was predeceased by: her husband Harrison "Bub" Ralph; her son James Lamar "Jimbo" Ralph; her parents, James Ezra and Edna Earl Herrington Cook; and her siblings, Glen Cook, Pelza Cook, Horace Cook, Kenneth Cook, Marion Cook, Maxine Gates and Virginia Wells.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Cook (Brad) of Monroe, Louisiana; her granddaughters, Jeanie Ralph of Little Rock and Dora Ralph of Rogers; her daughter Susie Bolin of Crossett; her sister Mary Hogan of Crossett; and her friend Dian Ricks.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Gardner Baptist Church (513 N Morgan St, Hamburg, AR 71646). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at the Beech Creek Cemetery.
