She was predeceased by : her husband Joe Mack Sullivan; her parents, Alfred H. Gulledge and Jessie Machen Gulledge; her siblings, Elizabeth Gulledge Hawthorne, James Alfred Gulledge and Noble F. Gulledge; and her parents-in-law, Barney and Velma Sullivan.

She is survived by : her son Jimmy Mack Sullivan (Johnette); her granddaughter Wendy Sullivan Hale (Cody); her great grandchildren, Gatlin Hale and Jace Hale; and her close friend Faye Wallace of Hamburg. She is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
