He is survived by: his wife Courtney Morrison Otwell; his children, Brynn Otwell and Rafe Otwell of Hamburg; his mother Katie Clark Amos; his stepfather Shane Amos of Texarkana, Texas; his father Stephen Otwell; his stepmother Deniece Otwell of Little Rock; his sister Mary Katelyn Dumond (Tristian) of Azle, Texas; his parents-in-law, Wayne Morrison and Donna Morrison of Monticello; his grandfather Steve Otwell of Wilmot; and his niece Emery Dumond of Azle. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
