It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Wheaton of Hampton, Arkansas, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Wheaton to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Thomas Ethridge and Eva L. Beasley Ethridge; her husband Charles Roy Wheaton; her daughter Rita Wheaton; and her siblings, Burleson Ethridge, Bud Ethridge and Orene Levey.

She is survived by : her daughters, Wanda Mattingly (John) of Mabelvale and Darlene Parks (Charles) of Sanford, NC. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
