She was predeceased by : her parents, Grady Ponder and Ethel Witherington Ponder; her husband Robert "Bobby" Goodwin; her brother Billy Ponder; and her son Shannon Goodwin.

She is survived by : her children, Kim Goodwin (Sherry Hamilton) of Maumelle and Robin Goodwin (Christian Barrett) of Hampton; her grandchildren, Dalton Goodwin (Kassi) of Monroe and Alexis Grace Goodwin of Parkers Chapel; and her caregiver Stephanie Lacy. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
