She is survived by: her children, Ralph Neal, Phillip Neal, Paul Neal, Patricia Branch and Sarah Foster; and her grandchildren, Wesley Neal, Luke Neal, Timothy Neal, Ryan Neal and Madison Findley. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
