He is survived by: his wife Betty Guilliams Price; his daughters, Cindy Renea Bagwell (Terry) of Williford and Jamie Lynn Price of Williford; and his sister Aretta Stone of Ravenden. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
