He is survived by: his wife Ella Faye Sullivan; his daughters, Sherry Parks (David) of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Melonie Scott (Cedric) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his grandchild Cassey Collins; his great grandchild Ava of Jonesboro; his granddaughter Chasity Green (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Caleb, Caleigh, Cason, Callie of Siloam Springs and Kaylin Moore (Douglas); his children, Hailee, Heidi Jo of Walnut Ridge and Terry Trey Bird Sullivan (Allie) of Hardy; his grandchildren, Brady Lee and Lily of Paragould; and his children, Kannon Scott of Paragould and Kylee Scott of Jonesboro.
