He is survived by: his wife Julia Crotts (Adams); his daughter Tiffany Crotts of Jonesboro; his brother Douglas Crotts of Grubbs; and his nieces and nephews, Natalee Luce (Dallas) of Newport, Nikki Howard of Judsonia, Nathan Crotts of Jonesboro, Josh Adams (Crystal) of Mississippi, Rob Adams of Newport and Brandon Adams of Jonesboro. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and friends.
