He is survived by : his wife Cathy Spiegel (Parker) of Harrisburg; his son Derek Spiegel (Angelina West) of Jonesboro; his granddaughter Rosie Grace Spiegel; his niece Jennifer Smith (Michael); and his nephew Jeff Spiegel (Tiffany) of Harrisburg.
