Though Jennifer Lynn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jennifer Lynn leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wesley Cheney Sr. and Edna Elizabeth Jackson Cheney; her husband Philip Phillips; her son Chase Calvin Brooks; and her brother John Henry Cheney.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Allen Cheney (Amber) and Lyndsey Anne Marie Williams (Alex); her stepchildren, Cassandra (Chad) of Longview, TX, Jacob Phillips (Alex) of Dallas, TX, Jaclyn Pulver of Laredo, TX and Samuel Phillips (Rocio) of Laredo, TX.; and her siblings, Carol Stover of Harrisburg, AR and Charles Cheney (Chuckie).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM.
