He is survived by: his children, Scott Broglen of Harrisburg, Oliver Broglen of Harrisburg, Christy Bass of Harrisburg and Jennifer Holland of Harrisburg; and his sisters, Vicki Brickey of Jonesboro and Gina Belk of Jonesboro. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren.
