He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Smith and Almer Smith (Austin); his daughter Lisa Ann Smith; and his brothers, Joey Smith, Sherman Smith and Logan Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Smith (Sonja) of Harrisburg and Susan Smith of Hoxie; his siblings, John D. Smith (Barbara) of Harrisburg, Roger Smith (Darla) of Harrisburg, Jimmy Smith of Harrisburg, Steven Smith of Harrisburg and Mary Gail Irvin of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Lucas Smith (Brittany), Elsie Hudson (Kevin), Anya Dobry (Sarah), Tianna Verser (Kaleb), James Floyd and Aliyah Floyd; and his great grandchildren, Madlyn Mabe, Moonpie, Emmy Verser, Grayson Verser and Granger Verser.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jackson's Harrisburg Funeral Home (103 W Jackson St, Harrisburg, AR 72432). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
