She was predeceased by: her parents, Dink Campbell and Zelmar Campbell (Trammell); her son Randy Wade Wortham; her siblings, Juanita Campbell and Harold Wayne Campbell; her nephew Johnnie Glover; her son-in-law Harry Carmen; and her close friend Roy Valentine.
She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Wortham, Lee Smith (Bryan) and Janie Carmen; her siblings, T. J. Campbell, Jesse Cambell (Patricia), Bill Campbell (Carolyn), Randy Campbell, Bobby Campbell, Joyce Campbell, Shirley Speak and Diane Jones; and her grandchildren, Jessica Cowart (Steven), D. J. Eli (Melanie), Derek Eli, Brandon Carmen, Michael Carmen (Anastasia) and Jason Carmen (Mary).
