He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Rylee and Leta Rylee; his wife Goldie Marie Daniels Rylee; his daughter Melessa Jane Rylee; and his brothers, Coy Rylee and Clifford Rylee.
He is survived by: his daughters, Roshell Lutz (John) of Shiloh, AR and Camella Stephenson (Mark) of Strafford, MO; his sister Wanda Schiffman (Glenn) of Springdale, AR; his nieces, Ollie Poo (Lauren Cannon) and Alisha Martin; and his sisters-in-law, Nina Lee Rylee and Jackie Rylee.
