He was predeceased by: his parents, Oran Miller and Kate Ellen Miller (Woods); his wife DeeDee Carver Miller; and his brother Jimmy Miller. He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Raney of Searcy, Arkansas, Terri Elam of Tucker Hollow and Mary Ellen Anderson of Berryville, Arkansas.; and his cousin Virginia Walker. He is also survived by his three daughters: four granddaughters: one grandson: fifteen great-grandchildren.
