She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Henry Murphy and Reba Jane Murphy (Sooter); her husband Eddie Ray Adcock; her brothers-in-law, Winston Prophet, Gerald Adcock, Richard Adcock and Larry Adcock; her nieces, Cheryl Webb (Adcock) and Denise Adcock; and her sons-in-law, Russ Wade and Gary Webb.
She is survived by: her siblings, Irene Prophet of Rogers, Diana Warner (Glen) of Rogers, Terisa McGuire (Gary) of Rogers, Dottie Henry (Leonard) of Rogers and Leon Murphy (Sharon) of Harrison; and her daughters, Terina Lee (Donnie) of Harrison, Subrina Zeller (Ronnie) of Lawrence, Julia Wade (Adcock) of Pea Ridge and Belinda Walsh (Patrick) of Russellville. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, six great-great grand children and many, many other family members and friends.
