She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Deborah Witty (Jim) of Yardelle and James Fletcher of Greenbrier; and her grandchildren, Dustin Witty (Alyssa), Keith Witty (Kassey), Treslyn Dye (Matt) and Tate Fletcher. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Billie's wishes were for memorial donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
