He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabe Forehand and Opal Achimon Forehand; his sister Nelda Jean Flowers; and his daughter Paula Tidwell. He is survived by: his wife Celia Forehand; his daughters, Julie Coleman, Stasha Tillis, Shannon Vizcarra and Amy Ottinger; and his sister Jerri Marin. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
