He is survived by: his wife Ellen Rush of Harrison; his daughters, Tammye (Harold Ladd) and Kristi (Mark Gibbs); his stepson Scott; his stepdaughter-in-law Bethany Hornaday of Harrison; his sister-in-law Midge Rush of Pine Bluff; and his grandchildren, Sarah Ladd of Fayetteville, Conner Callaway of Maumelle, Lauren Callaway of Maumelle, Leigh Hornaday of Harrison and Linzy Hornaday of Harrison.
