He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Johnson and Jan Johnson; and his friend Mike Sherman. He is survived by: his fiancé Sarina McCaffrey; and his friends, DJ, Kandi James, Sharon Yount, Joe Giese, Mike Mohilo, Nancy Sprowls, Emiel Kandi, Bill Stacey, David Stevens and Jennifer Sherman.
