He was predeceased by: his mother Marion Edward Sisco (Norvell); his siblings, Alice, Bill, Audrey, Edna of Newell, Reva and Judy; his grandson John Hilburn III; his great grandchild Adam James Sisco; and his parents-in-law, Bob and Lacy Waggoner.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sisco; his children, Teresa Brewer (Steve) of Everton, Donna Hilburn of Oklahoma, James Sisco (Jamie) of Indiana and Michael Sisco (Peggy) of Harrison; and his great grandchildren, Shih Tzu and Toby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many dear friends.
