She is survived by: her children, Buddy Summers of Verona, MO and Samantha Robertson of Verona, MO; her siblings, Kary Middleton (Debbie) of Mt. Judea, AR, Glen Middleton (Ruth) of Western Grove, AR, Randal Middleton (Lydia) of Vendor, AR, Donnie Middleton (Tammy) of Leslie, AR and Lisa Roughton of Verona, MO; her sisters-in-law, Sue Middleton (Jay) of Western Grove, AR and Judy Summers; her grandchildren, Sara Summers, Brent Summers, Brendan Summers, Grace Robertson, Shelby Robertson, Jessie Robertson and Bryan Robertson; and her great grandchildren, Xander Freemon, Kruz Calvillo, Gabriel Summers, Leo Hernandez, Brendan Summers Jr., Emma Grace and Easton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
