Janie Horton Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Janie Horton of Harrison, Arkansas. Janie, born on February 1, 1957, passed away on August 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Margie Ratchford and Joel Ratchford; her grandparents, Hayden, Cora Mahan, Carl and Madge Ratchford; her nephew Bazze Sewell; her aunt Carlene Gilliland; and her uncles, Jerry Highfll, David Ratchford, Bill Gilliland and David Moore.

She is survived by: her children, Jared Horton (Kimberly) and Emily Horton; her grandchildren, Marshall, Olivia and Emma; her sisters, Tammy Tennyson (Chuck) and Jill Ratchford; her niece Kristen Hickman (Jay); her nephews, Dylan Millsap and Jack Bressler; her great-nephew Bazze Hickman; her great-niece Liz Hickman; and her aunts and uncles, Martha, Larry Mahan (Jeannie), Nancy Moore, Bob Ratchford (Kaye) and Kenny Ratchford (Beth).
