He was predeceased by: his parents, Osborne Worthington "O. W." and Alna Ritchey Watkins; and his sister Sally Jo Horm. He is survived by: his nieces, Julie Horm and Laura Horm; and his cousin Don Walker of Springdale. He is also survived by several other cousins; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home (1001 S Main St, Hope, AR 71801). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Maplewood Cemetery (1419 Maplewood Rd, Harrison, AR 72601).
