He was predeceased by: his stepmother Susie Phillips; his grandparents, Donald, Elaine Phillips, Louise Stiles Phillips and Eldon Stewart; his nephew Michael "Mikey" Phillips; and his grandmother-in-law Wayne Tucker.
He is survived by: his mother Janice Sue Stewart Phillips of Siloam Springs; his wife Robin Phillips of Harrison; his father Mike Phillips of Gravette; his siblings, Michael Phillips (Mistie) of Berryville and Sara Alvard of Siloam Springs; his grandmother Dixie Stewart of Berryville; and his mother-in-law Glenda Elaine Chance of Harrison.
