He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Newton Parks and Jerlene Parks. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Irene Branscum Parks; his sons, Bobby Parks of Virginia Beach and William Parks (Ashley) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his grandsons, Cayden Parks and Mason Parks; his siblings, Karen Cates (Steve) of Cabot, Jimmie Don Parks (Marian) of Harrison and Leisa Younger (Ray) of Marshall; and his cousins, Elizabeth Nondorf and Teresa Koch.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Roller-Coffman Chapel. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas.
