She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Smith and Zola Smith (Sutterfield); her sister Ada; her grandsons, Jamie and Jeremy; and her son-in-law Gary Don Smith.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Fowler; her children, Brenda Sessions (Richard), Wanda Smith, Shirley Adams (Darvin), James Fowler (Sharon) and Robbye Allen (Tobby); and her grandchildren, Christie, Denyse, Kerry, Cassandra, Amanda, Matthew, April, Alicia and Eric. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; two brothers; four sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
