She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Lewis and Francess Etta Lou Harmon (Homer); her sister Angie England; her former husband Gary Smith; and her daughter Renee Fisk.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Smith; her children, Vance Smith (Angie), Gerald Smith (Regina), Samuel J. Smith (Marcia), Francess Smith, Jessica Nalley (William) and Melisa Hatman (Timmy); and her siblings, Mary Wilson (Jim), Lunnie Henson, Ray Harmon and Doy Harmon (Joyce). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
