She is survived by: her children, Teresa Fields of Springfield, MO. and Shirley Cook of Springfield, MO.; her grandchildren, Gary, Steven, Evan, Anthony, Seth, Austin, Tiffany, Amanda, Autumn, Johnny, Ally and Harley; her great grandchildren, Braden, Trisden, Ethan, Grayson, Mayson, Noah, Cobe, Wyatt, Kera, Rosaleigh, Lyla, Maddie, Jordan, Nathan and Jake; her great great grandchildren, Joshua, Syren and Maggie; her granddaughters, Chastity and Flo; and her brother Jim Avery of Bryan, OH.. She is also survived by fur babies along with many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
