She is survived by: her sons, Ron Holstein of Harrison, Phillip Holstein of Harrison, Timothy Holstein of Harrison and Bill Holstein of Garden Grove, California; her brother Leon; her sister-in-law Jeanette Simmons of Oregon; her nieces and nephews, Christy Bullock (Dave) of Colorado, Shari Freutel (Kurt) of Colorado, Debbie Stephenson (Bob) of Lake Elsinore, Velta Slavens Troxell of Tulsa, David Simmons of Oregon and Charles Slavens of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and her close friend Elaine Montgomery. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holt Memorial Chapel (1904 Capps Rd, Harrison, AR 72601). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Huntington Cemetery (643 W Browntown Rd, Huntington, AR 72940).
