She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Daisy Ellen Daniels Hurd; her former husband Herman Anglish Mills; and her brothers, T. J. Hurd and Loycie Gean Hurd.
She is survived by: her husband David Lewis of Harrison; her children, Debbie Evans (Robbie) of Harrison, Buddy Mills (Nellie) of Batavia, Geanie Marshall (Curt) of Harrison, Doug Mills (Alice) of Marshall and Waylon Lewis (Abigail) of Marshall; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Moore (Rickey), Robbie Evans (Kelsey), Chelsea Bullock (Daniel), Hannah Mills, Dustin Marshall (Maria), Stephen Marshall (Kylie), Camron Marshall (Erica), Santana Horton (Billy), Summer Mills, Kaylon Lewis, Cameron Lewis, Colton Lewis, Casey Lewis, Caleb Barnes (Gabbie) and Aiden Barnes. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; numerous church family members; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holt Memorial Chapel (1904 Capps Rd, Harrison, AR 72601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Apostolic Church of Bellefonte (4487 US-65, Harrison, AR 72601).
Memorials may be made to Bellefonte Apostolic Church, The Generation Building Fund, 4487 US Highway 65, Harrison, AR 72601, a project that was especially near and dear to Nina's heart.
