He is survived by: his wife Annette Treat of Harrison; his sister JoAnn Reeves of Hot Springs; his children, Dwayne Treat of San Francisco, California, Kelly Mathias of Harrison, Becky Vacco (Frank) of Yellville, Terri Wardlaw Rutledge of Harrison and Christy Gray (Curtis) of Carlisle, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Ashlee Reaves (Derick) of Mountain Home, Jordan Wright (Sarrah) of Carlisle, Alexis Wright of Peoria, Nathaniel Wardlaw (Serenity) of Omaha, Kaitlyn Woodall (Bradey) of Manila, Jakob Wardlaw of Omaha, Sarah Vacco (Wyatt Sanders) of Yellville and Blake Vacco of Yellville; his great grandchildren, Isla, Bennett, Elaina Reaves, Paisley, Willow, Emberlee Wardlaw, Kolsen, Grayson Woodall and Wrenley Wright; and his friend Wayne.
