We announce the death of Peggy Vines of Harrison, Arkansas, who passed away on August 7, 2026, at the age of 86. Peggy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Alfred and Mary Etta McDonald Bouie; her husband Donald G. Vines; and her sister Georgeanna Butterworth. She is survived by: her children, Jim Vines of Harrison and Donna Hinson of Bergman; her grandchildren, Samuel Hinson of Harrison, Travis Vines (Sally) of Louisiana, Chelsey White (Jason) of Justin, Cody Vines (Lana) of Jacksonville, Bri Vines of Rapid City and Tristan Hinson of Harrison; and her sister Sharon Bowman of Harrison. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
