She is survived by: her children, Leisa Milam (Todd), Nathan Smith and Shawn Smith (Desiree); her siblings, Regena Hefley (Joe), Janice, Jimmy Basinger and Bobby Basinger; her grandchildren, Chase Smith (Amber), Brooke Hill (Damien), Ethan Smith, Beau Smith, Tristen Smith, Kendall Smith, Kaitlynd Smith, Myleigh Smith, Kasen Smith, Marissa Knudsen (Kyle) and Kaleb Richardson (Madison); and her great grandchildren, Camden, Cooper, Everly, Remmi, Harper, Grayson, Blakely, Emmett, Nora, Maren, Hallie, Alyvia and Riverlynn.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Coffman Funeral Home for the Sarah Ellen Smith Scholarship to be awarded to future Deer High School graduates.
