He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Upton Horn and Joyce Horn (Lewis); his son Jamie; his daughter-in-law Christy Horn; his grandchildren, Kelsey Alsup (Hayden), Kamey Horn and Kaden Horn (Alaina); his great grandchildren, Beau, Breece and Emmy; his siblings, Lisa Horn Dixon, Micky Horn (Ann) and Brenda Austin; and his stepfather Mitchell Rains.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Elmwood Baptist Church (6591 Prairie View Rd S, Harrison, AR 72601).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Elmwood Baptist Church Children's Program.
