She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Dodson and Walcie Dodson; her son Mark Newton; and her siblings, Nelda Young, Betty Nash, Earl of Dill, AJ, Ben, Charles, Joe and David Dodson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karin Nabors (Mike), Cindy Newton (John) and Sarah Harris (Dave); her daughter-in-law Tina Newton; and her grandchildren, Cody Newton (Maikayla), Steven Newton (Anna), Cary Nabors (Kelsey), Kim Newton, Lauren Brown (Clif) and Faith Newton.
