He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde W. Troutt and Leona Troutt (Asbury); his great grandchild Kathryn Marie Hill; and his sister Marlene Karres. He is survived by: his wife Esther Miller; his son Mark Wesley (Pamela) of Oologah, OK; his grandsons, Justin (Angela) of Billings, MT and Jonathan (Jessica) of Oologah; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Shelby, Emma Troutt, Kellan, Gentry, Fiona, Ainsley Jo Hill and Jackson Troutt; and his siblings, Carol Gonzales (Luz) of Duncanville, TX, Helen Wright (Terry) of Blue Springs, MO, Sharon Fatemi (Moe) of Los Angeles, Dan (Twana) of Harrison, Larry (Barbara) of Harrison and Mac (Renee) of Harrison. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
